1. Order Processing Time

 All prepaid orders are processed within *1–3 business days* (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

 Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

 During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

 Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

 Non-Metro Areas: 3–7 business days

 Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner and location accessibility.

 Courier service issues

 Natural disasters

 Government restrictions

 Strikes or public holidays

 Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

3. Shipping Charges

 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

 Free shipping is available on orders above ₹199.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If incorrect shipping details are provided:

 Additional reshipping charges may apply.

 We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If the courier marks the order as undelivered after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping will require additional shipping charges.

7. International Shipping

 Delivery timelines vary between 7–21 business days.

 Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

 Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

8. Damaged, Lost or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

 Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.

 Take clear photos and videos at the time of delivery.

● A continuous and clear unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any damage or tampering claim. Without valid video proof, we will be unable to process the request.

 Inform us within 48 hours at support@moonbeauty.in

We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve accordingly.

Moon Beauty / PLAYER Lifestyle is not responsible for lost packages once marked as delivered by the courier with proof of delivery.

9. Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on product availability. Customers will be notified accordingly.
